Petition calling for Fed Prosecutor to probe charges in 5-part series has 1000 + signatures in the first 6 days

By Peter Lance © May 6th, 2014 In last 6 days since it was created a special petition from Vow4Mal.org the non-profit set up in the name of DUI hit-and-run victim Mallory Rae Dies, has more than 1,000 signatures. Some 772 people locally and nationwide have signed the online petition and another 300+ have signed hard copy petitions being circulated on the streets of Santa Barbara. The petition calls for Cong. Lois Capps (D-CA) to respond truthfully to the allegations raised in Peter Lance’s 5 part investigative series and for District Attorney Joyce Dudley to ask that a Federal Prosecutor be appointed to open a probe.
