Bier, it contained a piece I&#8217;d written for a Con Law class on <a title=\"Citzens Right\" href=\"https:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=rofFPZc0nooC&amp;pg=PA91&amp;lpg=PA91&amp;dq=%22Peter+A.+Lance%22+%2B+%22The+Citizen's+Right+To+Privacy%22&amp;source=bl&amp;ots=XZRjCOxMTq&amp;sig=cjriRMbmgFmXfS_7thxc9Ss3XlM&amp;hl=en&amp;sa=X&amp;ei=IIjlVPn2O8jVoATo84KoCg&amp;output=reader\"><strong>&#8220;The Citizen&#8217;s Right To Privacy.&#8221;<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 1980 volume, long out of print, was recently published by <strong>Google Books<\/strong> and 35 years later I was happily reminded that an entire body of media law was created around a single article in the <a title=\"Warren &amp; Brandeis\" href=\"http:\/\/heinonline.org\/HOL\/LandingPage?collection=journals&amp;handle=hein.journals\/hlr4&amp;div=31&amp;id=&amp;page=\"><strong>Harvard Law Review<\/strong><\/a> published on December 15th, 1890.<\/p>\n<p>That was when the great <a title=\"Louis D. Brandeis\" href=\"http:\/\/www.brandeis.edu\/legacyfund\/bio.html\"><strong>Louis D. Brandeis<\/strong><\/a> teamed with his former law partner <a title=\"Sam Warren\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Samuel_D._Warren\"><strong>Samuel D.
