Some 772 people locally and nationwide have signed the <strong><a title=\"Vow4Mal petition\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thepetitionsite.com\/996\/536\/291\/mallory-rae-dies-petition\/\">online petition<\/a><\/strong> and another 300+ have signed hard copy petitions being circulated on the streets of Santa Barbara.\u00a0The petition calls for Cong.
