She&#8217;s compiled a groundbreaking <a href=\"http:\/\/peterlance.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Claire-McKean-ESAS-Memo-8.20.20-1-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MEMO<\/a> which exposes ESAS, a data mining operation ordered at the highest levels of the USPS, which, if implemented, could allow Postmaster Louis DeJoy to slow mail-in votes in key Democratic (Blue) Zip Code Zones and allow mail-in votes to flow more easily in GOP (Red) Zones.<\/p>\n<p>In her research, Claire drilled down on more than 1,200 Zip Code zones in the ESAS study and overlaid them with an open source real estate database which discloses key political voting patterns. Her conclusions were first cited in <a href=\"https:\/\/anchor.fm\/john-flannery1\/episodes\/Episode-25---Trump-Sets-Out-To-Steal-the-Election---by-John-P--Flannery-ei8e1t\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A PODCAST<\/a> Sunday night by former Federal prosecutor and frequent MSNBC contributor John P. Flannery.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Flannery went even further in citing Claire&#8217;s work in a <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@johnflannery\/is-the-postal-service-targeting-its-services-looks-that-way-8da2e2f472ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MEDIUM<\/a> piece which also included her <a href=\"http:\/\/peterlance.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Claire-McKean-ESAS-Memo-8.20.20-1-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MEMO<\/a>. In hearings today before <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/politics\/live-news\/postmaster-general-dejoy-senate-testimony\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Senate&#8217;s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee<\/a>, DeJoy testified that the USPS had been gathering data on mail delivery systems since at least last February.
